Now that you know what you are doing, it’s time to figure out how you are going to do it. After all, you only have 24 hours, and you won’t have me with you guiding every moment of your work.
This flow is going to be a bit more loose. Take 10 minutes to delegate who will work on what aspect of this project.
Great! Now let’s take 6 minutes to sort out any dependencies. “Does my work depend on someone else’s being done first?” If so, let’s call those things out and make sure our timelines align.
Good! Now for the last step. Final coordination. Let’s make sure we’re clear on who is doing what, when. If you want to plan meetings between team members during the hack day, do it now.
Finally take two minutes to copy any notes you made during this kick off into the Twist so everyone can see them.
